Our team of experts are ready to execute the summer event of your dreams - whether it be a simple and easy endeavor selecting steadfast items off of our summer à la carte platters or grazing tables menus - items like summer stuffed eggs, sesame fried chicken, sausage & summer squash hand pies, esquites, and classic Andalusian gazpacho; or a more custom approach that highlights your team’s personal favorites using the best local ingredients this summer season has to offer. Salads and finger foods can be served in mason jars and sandwiches wrapped in cloth and tied with string for a real picnic experience.
